The project is a 5-story core / shell bldg. consisting of 72,128 sq. ft. Also occurring simultaneously with the shell build-out is the construction of the upfitting of the entire 5 floors for the tenant, The Charlotte Rescue Mission. The building has 3 floors of management, treatment, consultation, a chapel, and a large full kitchen and cafeteria at the 1st floor to serve it’s residents & staff. Infrastructure is also being placed for future change out of existing electrical services to the existing bldgs. Construction and site remediation of unsuitable soils began in July of 22’ and finish date will be 4th quarter of 23’.
